The "Hello World" Release is implemented in C#. The release
includes search and publish module. The module can be run after
downloading the source given below. The requirements to run the module
are: 

• Your operating system must be Windows XP or Windows 2000 server.

• You must have IIS installed in  your pc or server.

• You must have ASP. NET environment ( for example: Visual Studio .Net ) to compile the source code.

The main purpose is to explain our project and convince the investors that it is useful, interesting and a money spinning venture.
